How We Work

We combine management science and law, treating every request, whatever its size, as an independent legal project managed with full transparency and under the client's eye.

Why Alliances?

From real needs to practical solutions

The real need

With the rapid developments our beloved Kingdom is witnessing in every field to achieve the national transformation and Saudi Vision 2030, and the accompanying development of legal, legislative and judicial work to empower the law in support of the Vision's goals and pillars, our wise government has developed laws and regulations to the highest international standards to create a safe legal environment that attracts foreign investment. This has led to many laws and regulations being changed and codified.

As a result, legal practice urgently needs to keep up with these changes in legislation and judicial application, which in turn makes it important to master each branch of law separately. Because this goal is hard to reach, lawyers have specialized in specific branches of law (criminal, commercial, administrative, labor, tax, etc.). This has made it difficult for clients of law firms to know who is specialized and experienced in a given field, and there is no body or classification through which such knowledge can be obtained.

The practical solution

In response to all these rapid changes in legislation, judicial application and regulation, Alliances came to offer a package of services designed for client comfort and to bring together a fragmented market. Drawing on broad knowledge of the legal market, the specialties of law firms and parallel advisory services, and wide, harmonious relationships with many specialized practitioners and advisors across every branch and detail of law, Alliances gathered these scattered resources into one system of joint work that covers needs from every angle and in every form, from giant legal projects to tailored advice in the most specific branch of law, along with many products designed around real, actual needs.

Our methodology

How do we work?

The business model at Alliances combines management science and law, treating any request, whatever its size, as an independent legal project. When ALLIANCES receives a project, it examines it carefully, identifies its needs and essentials, plans it, and then matches it with the resources required to carry it out to the highest standard. All of this is done through an integrated ERP system, in a way that balances smooth procedures with quality control, precisely and under the client's eye.

How We Work

Integrated ERP system

Resources are managed through an integrated automated system that balances smooth procedures with quality control.

Full transparency

Yes, we understand the client's need to know the details, so we work in full view: through their personal account on our website, clients can see all operations, procedures, appointments and documents at the click of a button, and they receive messages with every report or progress made on their project, whatever its size. Alliances also provides a liaison officer to answer the client's calls and inquiries promptly.

Dedicated project manager

Once the client approves the legal project (a case, consultation, arbitration, governance, etc.), Alliances appoints a project manager and connects them directly with the client, and the relationship manager sets up the online system for them. The executing team writes their reports and sends them via WhatsApp and email (at the client's preference), and the project supervisor reviews operations and activities, checks regulations, memoranda and documents, and discusses the client's views, suggestions and requirements.

Quality assurance

Three levels of review and inspection

All the operations described in "How do we work?" go through three levels of review and inspection:

1

Relationship manager

After discussing with the client and reviewing the project documents, the relationship manager prepares a proposed operating plan and presents it to the client. It includes:

  • The executor's name
  • The work plan
  • The supervisor's name

After obtaining the client's final approval on all details, the relationship manager submits the plan to the supervisor for review and approval if there are no remarks.

2

Project supervisor

Once the plan is approved, the project supervisor sets up and links a number of follow-up tasks, then checks each operation or activity to ensure it is fully completed on schedule, and makes sure the client is informed through correspondence of everything done on their project.

3

Senior management

Senior management oversees the reports of the relationship manager and project supervisor, signing them off or amending them to ensure quality and security and to avoid human error, raising the level of quality delivered.
